Rosa Doran received today, August 2, the first edition of the International Astronomical Union (IAU) Astronomy Education Prize, at the Opening Ceremony of the IAU XXXI General Assembly (IAUGA2022) in Busan, South Korea.
The ASSESS team was together, from 25 to 30 of April 2022, at the Lake Alqueva Observatory, in Monsaraz, Portugal. Read more about this meeting and see the photos.
The international ESA/GTTP 2021 was held in an online format under the name «Space Careers».
After a successful online edition in 2020, GHOU – Global Hands-on Universe Conference was back this year, taking place Online from 23-27 August 2021.
Under the title “Our home in the cosmic ocean”, the 7th edition of the “Astronomy Education Adventure in the Canary Islands” took place online and was attended by 136 participants from 30 countries.
