ESA’s Wake Up Rosetta contest concluded recently receiving more than 200 video entries and 75 000 votes from people around the world. One video stood out from the bunch with more than 10 000 votes. Ellinogermaniki Agogi Primary School from Greece made a wonderful video with original music composed using a 3/2 time signature symbolizing the five gravity assists that Rosetta got from the Earth and Mars. Theme ends with a perfect 5th (interval ratio 3:2) symbolizing Jupiter (5th planet), Rosetta’s ultimate orbit point.

Dr. Sofoklis Sotiriou, director of Ellinogermaniki Agogi, is the GTTP Ambassador for Greece. More info on making of the official “Ellinogermaniki Agogi – Rosetta Mission soundtrack” http://ods-portal-dev.intrasoft-intl.com/beta/blog/plagiavlitis/20140122-568500
