On July 22nd there will be a Total Solar Eclipse visible in some parts of Asia. It begins in India and crosses through Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar and China. After leaving mainland Asia, the path crosses Japan’s Ryukyu Islands and curves southeast through the Pacific Ocean.
Some live internet webcasts of the eclipse are planned. You can check out this webpage to see some links to these webcasts.
If you are on the path of the eclipse, either total or partial, you can share your eclipse images and help the a Japanese project to make a “big picture” of how the eclispe was seen in various parts of Asia. You can find more information on the following webpage.
