Discover the Universe, a Canada-based training programme, is offering a free online astronomy workshop for French speaking teachers worldwide. The workshop, based on the already-popular workshops offered in Canada since 2011, will span three weeks from 9 to 27 November 2015 and will cover many of the topics in a general introduction to space and astronomy: the night sky, constellations, motions of the Earth, phases of the Moon and more.
