Go-Lab Summer Mini Video Contest
The Go-Lab Project is hosting the “Go-Lab Summer Mini Video Contest” to encourage teachers and other interested parties to work with Go-Lab, make them more familiar with the idea of Go-Lab and become a part of the Project. The Contest runs from 05 to 31 August 2014. Take part and win an Amazon voucher in a value of up to 150 Euros!

Tactile Astro in Dominican Republic
Launched in 2013 Meet our Neighbours is project dedicated to bring tactile astronomy experience for visually impaired children and their non-visually impaired peers through the use of astronomy hands-on low cost activities. The project is supported by Europlanet and Galileo Teacher Training Program and has reached many communities around the world, including Dominican Republic.

eLearning in Tanzania
Since 2010 the “Telescope to Tanzania” project has organised many workshops, trainings and meetings. The key element of this effort is to have a long lasting effect. Taking the efforts further, the project is setting grounds to a new Centre for Science Education and Observatory in Tanzania.

Preparing for CERN
“Prepare, Visit, Follow up” is the message pushed towards by the Angelos Alexopoulos and his colleagues at CERN Education Group. Aligning with the message, physics teachers at Ellinogermaniki Agogi High School prepared their students for an educational trip to CERN.
